See my Online Resources page for additional information on how you can practice yoga at home during the worldwide coronavirus emergency.  For additional resources, including managing coronavirus anxiety, review the page I created for my full-time job as a psychologist at a college counseling center:

My name is Beth Cholette, and I am both a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD). My almost 25 years of experience as a practicing psychologist inform my yoga teaching. I remind my therapy clients that they are the experts in their own lives; similarly, I believe that my yoga students are the experts of their own bodies. I view yoga as a practice both on and off the mat.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with Aimée Senise Connors and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I became certified in restorative yoga in 2016, and in 2019, I obtained Yoga for All certification for teaching adaptive and accessible yoga. I am also a graduate of Yoga Ed.’s Professional Institutes 1 and 2 (teaching yoga to children K-12).

L - Listen to your body without judgment
O - Observe your experience with curiosity
O - Own your experience with kindness
